Josh, This question pops up here every once in a while and the ASSP project isn't really using CVS or SVN for it's development cycle. The main reason for this is that the main developer (FB) prefers use his own site for development.
So far this model has turned out to work work very well, and as long Fritz prefers to do it this way, I guess things will remain like this.
