First of all, I totally have to agree with (well, basically everybody) that ASSP is one of the easiest way to stop spam I found. Period.
However, almost all my spam is being stopped by the delay-functionality. Since it works, and it works perfectly, i really should stop bitching about it, but i won't :) The thing is, delaying emails in the hope that spambots will go on the next server is a method, but I only think it currently works so perfectly because there aren't a lot of other mailservers doing the same thing so they tend to leave ASSP (or at least the 451 messages) alone. What would happen if more mailservers would incorporate a delay, and spambot networks will notice this? Wouldn't that mean ASSP would fall down by it's own success? I know i play the devils advocate here, but I really like to hear your views about it.. Josh Matti Haack wrote: >>> previously, but what is currently the status repository?
