To say that near the end of the thread is easy, but that wasn't true at its beginning. By all means, continue to discuss ASSP using non-industry standards and terminology. And justify that with whatever context you decide to come up with.

Lets continue to make everything relating to ASSP as convoluted as possible. And when someone researching [real] ASSP uptime comes across this thread - God help them.
