- there are installations (including mine), which are not using
greylisting, because they do not want to penalize all users.
- there are a lot of installations which do not using Bayesian,
because it is not reliable enough for them.

1.3.9 is the first release where "message scoring" is fully
operational, this allows any combination of checks (blocking / scoring
only)
1.4.1 will be the first release where the problem of "Backscatter" is
fully addressed
