The /spam and /notspam represent a file-based database.  This is "raw" 
data for ASSP and is not intended for admin review.

First, make use of the "Non-Default Settings" and compare your settings 
against the defaults for that version.  Fritz is continuously tweaking 
the settings based on his own real-time experiences - so even if you're 
running on the defaults from 1.3.5 or 1.3.9 beta, 1.3.9.1 may have 
changed something.  This particularly applies to the PB settings.

The two main tools you have are the "Info and Stats" page, and the 
sendAllSpam setting.  Look to see what blocks are most effective in your 
statistics, and see if small adjustments make a difference.  In 
addition, periodic review of the spam catchall will show you (assuming 
you've enabled the option is ASSP) the ASSP headers that will reflect 
what caught the junk.

It's important to make small incremental changes when tuning something 
like this.  The change history feature that allows you to review what 
you've done and when you did it is awesome.
