Thanks for the reply. The info and stats aren't hugely helpful as almost all of it is classified as Message Scoring. What I want to ensure is that lowering the message scores for either flagging or rejecting will not increase the number of false positives. Ideally I'd like to be able to look over the previous mails that have been received and see what scores they were so that I can see what would have been flagged/blocked retrospectively.
