We are currently using 1.3.3.10 and are finding that local IPs are being Limited by IP Fequency. These addresses are all in the 10.1.x.x range and I have an accept all mail file that reads (in part)
127.0.0.1 10. My understanding is that doing so excludes these IP from the IP Fequency limitation.
