yes

right, so that list should either be removed or moved up to level
3 or 4 (to stay on the safe side); to be sincere I haven't been using
the "safe" for quite some time now, I just used the "dul" (dynamic)
till some days ago, now I've removed it and placed karmasphere
back in place, my current DNSBL file looks this way

zen.spamhaus.org=>1
bl.spamcop.net=>1
ix.dnsbl.manitu.net=>1
combined.njabl.org=>1
bogons.cymru.com=>1
karmasphere.email-sender.dnsbl.karmasphere.com=>2
db.wpbl.info=>2
dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net=>2
psbl.surriel.com=>2
bb.barracudacentral.org=>3
dnsbl-2.uceprotect.net=>3
blackholes.five-ten-sg.com=>3
dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net=>4
cbl.abuseat.org=>4

btw I tuned it using my data and trying to keep it tight while trying
to avoid false-positives, so the above may not be suitable for any
configuration, at any rate I posted it in case someone wants to try
also notice that I'm planning to move the barracudacentral DNSBL
upper in the list in a while since, judging from the results it seems
to be rather ok
