I appreciate the explanation of your approach very much, but i wonder
how many email users are going to complain or report incorrectly blocked
emails ?

My experience so far has been that quite some email users don't know
e.g. what anti-spam blacklists are, and when i provide them with more
information they're often intimidated by the, in their view, complexity
of it.

On one mail-server i've seen a few users use dynamic ip-addresses,
and incorrect HELOs.

I actually find it quite a hassle to go through the daily copy collected
"spam" of ASSP, esp. since most of it is real spam, one tends to keep on
pressing the delete button, and i also don't want to do too much
whitelisting.
