Sounds to me like you have 'postmaster@' aliased to 'user@', which is
fine - but 'postmaster@' also should NOT be spam filtered - unless at
most it is TAG+DELIVER (but never BLOCK). Same for 'abuse@' - and all
domains that will receive mail should always have both of these
addresses active/working/monitored.
