I don't think it is cosmetic at all. Netstat shows that ASSP is *not*
listening on TCP port 465, just as ASSP itself claims. Sure, ASSP allows
the STARTTLS command and subsequent conversion to TLS on port 25, but
won't listen to incoming connections on 465. This appears to be a
definite bug, and needs fixing.
