Yes, just a note, I upgraded to Perl 5.14.3 recently, (built from source), and still had the error messages come up.
This server handles around 2500 messages day, and I usually get between 10 and 30 of these error messages a day. But in checking the previous errors, it seems that they usually have a pattern, where they come in clustered together in a period of time, and each is separated by a short interval. So it looks to me like this is a particular MTA or configuration, and it retries sending for the message a number of times? Thomas, have you been able to log any information about the connections that are causing these errors? -C Hugo Rodenburg said the following on 10/17/2012 2:47 AM: > Hi, > > I seem to have the same issue after upgrading to the mentioned version/build. > My system is based on Ubuntu 12.04.1 (fully updated).
