  I am aware of only one instance where a normal server did not resend
a message after being delayed. I have been using Greylisting for at
least 3 years.
  I did change the "embargo" time from 5 minutes to one minute.

  I would wonder why anyone would set their mail server so that it
would not handle delays. Relay servers and endpoint servers go down
all the time, or become overwhelmed and request that senders back off.
