DecodeMIME2UTF8 is not a valid config value for 2.4.3(15075) - invalid config values are removed from the assp.cfg by assp. This option is obsolet since assp_2.1.2_12032.pl (more than three years ago) - MIME to UTF8 decoding is done every time and there is no chance to switch it off. Who told you to do this and why?
