We must return to basic security procedures.
As someone posted, much of the fraud occurs on the weekends. I
would wager that more of it takes place on the holiday weekends when the
operator is out spending time on the yacht he bought with all the VOIP
money he made.
You have to control your own greed. When the long weekends come
up you have to sit and watch you business and control the CC's coming
in. These guys know you are lazy on the weekends. You should also study
the "foreign" holidays.
Or shut off weekend signups.
