exactly. asterisk is in the freebsd ports system, and is built locally (with openh323 linked in) on someone's system after freebsd-specific patches are applied to it. this in itself is a very niche fork of asterisk, and if jeremy is right then every freebsd system which has asterisk built from ports is illegitimate.
