Arrogant sure... but steals money? I have yet to see any proof on your part. I give them US$500 every few months and am very very happy with what I get in return. As I'd mentioned elsewhere yes support's a bit of a pain when you DO need it but I really can not point to an instance of where the support was due to an issue on their side, and in fact can point to several instances where arrogant Jeremy took several hours of his personal time to help me nail down, fix and submit patches back to Asterisk due to Asterisk bugs.
