A month plus without service, explaination of what happened, or an ETA of
when this will be resolved... I am sure that everyone involved has long
since provisioned service with an alternate carrier - we did.

A little frustrating? I'd be furious by now! My customers wouldn't
even wait a day before grilling me, but so far they didn't have to.
And I expect no less as I would be grilling the NOC in hours if there
is no resolution, or at least a reasonable ETA. Why do people even
accept a week without service... I'd be our of there sooooo fast.
