it definitely doesn't. also, if i remember correctly, i used to get asterisk hangs on exit due to mpeg_play processes refusing to die, instead of something asterisk was doing. since i moved to using native file formats for MoH and stopped using mpeg_play, this has not recurred in both libc_r and lthreads.
months ago for peoole to feed back on trying lthread with a view of changing the asterisk port but nobody did.
