formats for MoH and stopped using mpeg_play, this has not recurred in both
libc_r and lthreads.
months ago for peoole to feed back on trying lthread with a view of
changing the asterisk port but nobody did.
perhaps we could now make it the default for ports ?
If you could get a few other people to report back then that would seem to
be the way to go forward.
