I have upgraded asterisk today and everything works fine.
I compiled asterisk, asterisk-addons, chan_capi and app_ldap.

I rebuilt * 1.2.12.1 and then deinstalled and rebuilt zaptel, both from the ports collection. Still have the same problem. It's a no go for audio on incoming calls. Life's a real bitch with *.
I will wager that if I blast the entire OS away and rebuild the whole thing it might start working...but isn't that the reason I hate M$ Windows and started using FreeBSD in the first place....DOH!
