I just rebuilt my system and installed Asterisk-1.6.0.21 with dahdi. But for
some reason dahdi_dummy did not get installed. Has something changed or did
dahdi not install properly. I notice that the meetme feature is working in
spite of dahdi_dummy not being loaded.
