Hi,
I've configured a queue with dynamic agents and leastrecent strategy. If the "least recent agent" doesn't pick up the current call from the queue, the call will be presented to him again and again, even when there's yet another agent available.
I would expect that after timeout occurs on the first agent, the next to least recent agent will be tried and so on and so forth... (as it happens in case of an busy least recent agent).
Did I miss something in the config or is this the intended behaviour?
Thanks!
cheers
Jörg
