I did go through the zapata.conf and zaptel.conf but
no luck after changing switchtype=euroisdn

Still having the same problem...

My zaptel.conf config: -

span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
bchan=1-15 
bchan=17-31 
dchan=16 

loadzone = us
defaultzone=us
