There are multiple, non-profit clubs in the USA right now, most of which
are non-profits.  Tech Shop is the one exception, being a for-profit venture.
Hacker Consortium (Nashville, TN) and Makers Local 256 (Huntsville, AL) are
two such organizations.  Unsurprisingly, several people in Makers Local 256
are also employees of Digium.
