I am using asterisk 1.4.18. I cant at this stage upgrade to any latest version. Linear strategy for queues is not in asterisk 1.4.18. I have to use ringall instead.
Is it possible Disabling call-waiting for my agents only?? While other sip users have call waiting functionality. regards -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Robin Rodriguez Sent: Tuesday, August 05, 2008 11:23 PM To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion Subject: Re: [asterisk-users] Queue Penalties not working properly Syed Nasruddin wrote: > Hi, > > Actully the way I want the penalties functionality to behave it is not > doing it accordingly.
