Then in the hope of stopping searchers following up again: Ssh/telnet to it, log in and type ctrl-z. That gets you a basic CLI. Type '?' for help if you like. Now type "lcli" and login again when prompted. Now you have a proper CLI with comfortingly IOS-like commands to configure *everything*.
