I as because the easiest solution is to route all the incoming calls to the same line appearance. Each "line" can have multiple calls coming in at the same time, and you can handle easily using the soft buttons. Then you could reuse the extra buttons as speed dials, other specific extensions (i.e. the boss' DID) etc. -Jonathan
