Does anyone ever tried to connect Asterisk to the public network using GSM mobile phones connected through the USB (or Serial) port on the PC?
Is it possible to connect Asterisk to the PSTN with a GSM/GPRS card (PCI or PCMCIA) connected to the PC? In case it's possible, would I also be able to make more than one call simultaneously (maybe even set up conferences) through the GSM network as I can using my mobile phone?
