It's a very interesting idea. The more I think about it, the more ISounds like something that would end up being used as a dating phone service to me :-)

And taken over by people buying/selling drugs if the messages/conferences are not monitored. (in the mid 90's a friend worked for a voice BBS style dating/message service and they had lots of problems with that.
