For next time this type of conference comes up, it'd be nice to run a feed from the mixer / amp that the speakers microphone goes into out of that into the soundcard on the Asterisk machine. This was we can use the CONSOLE channel as the input which will give a much purer signal and sound much nicer. I'm listening to the conference right now, and its very difficult to understand what is going on with the open-air mic or speakerphone that is being used.
