If you're getting 100VAC, the ring generator *is* working. You should be
seeing 100VAC for two seconds, then 0 (or minimal) AC voltage for 4
seconds, then 100 for 2, 0 for 4, etc. A ring cycle is six seconds - 2
on, 4 off.

You've tried different sets?
