 try www.3web.com <http://www.3web.com> - they have Cable and DSL services 
that maybe available in your area. They have cheaper rates than Rogers and 
Bell. 
 Im planning to drop my pstn line too- but right now Im stuck with DSL- 
which I understand that it can't work without an analog phone line/number.
