I have contacted www.aei.ca <http://www.aei.ca> - they said that they don't 
offer the dry loop service- she said that Bell is keeping their "dry loop" 
service just for themselves (sympatico) members. I guess they figured that 
they will end up with no customers and $0 in their pocket. 
 I still believe that there is a work around for this and I am determined to 
figure out. If anyone else has done this with www.aei.ca
