spandsp odd error

Thanks all who pointed out some stuff earlier but unfortunatly 
everything was setup correctly, i have recomipled everything from 
libtiff to gcc-+gg++
here is the error when i try and load spandsp Jan 28 00:27:43 
WARNING[23245] loader.c: /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/app_rxfax.so: 
undefined symbol: t30_completion_code_to_str
if anyone know what this error means that would be greatly appreciated.
