Bjorn, IGS.net offers dry-loop DSL, but you wind up paying line usage charges. I like IGS because they don't arbitrarily block ports or services, and have no transfer limits.

Also I have been able to have the handset surgically removed from my ear now that I don't have to call Rogers anymore.
