Well, the GXP-2000 doesn't "natively" support attended transfer, from what
you just said. It requires you place the call on hold, call the 3rd party,
let them know of the soon-to-be-transferred call, hang up, pick up the first
call and then blind-transfer it.

Compare that to the snom, which allows to you to press attended-transfer,
call the 3rd party, let them know of the call, and hangup at which point
they are connected. In fact, even if you are in a 3-way conference, you have
the option to connect the two remote callers when you hang up.
