I am not (surprisingly enough) going to try and make a case for "reply
to: list"
I would however, expect that there must be a better way to accomplish
the same thing.
As the group grows the amount of e-mail that gets generated is staggering
Is there an option to migrate to a web based list ?

Personally, I don't believe this is a necessary step for the list. I
think most of the people on this list intentionally reply to the
sender if they want to, I'm not sure they wanted to share their killer
programmer scores with anyone but Henry.

At the risk of starting up a flame war, reply-to is typically
frowned upon.
The problem lies in the mail programs the end-users are using. I
won't
comment further but google has a fairly well read paper called
"reply-to
considered harmful" which gives most of the reasons many of us do
not like
reply-to.
