Try this :

http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/GXP-2000#DownloadFirmware

Unzip version 1.0.2.6 into C:\tftpboot ( you MUST upgrade to 1.0. 2. 6) before 1.0.2.13 if you are coming from 1.0.1.x . Use a TFTP server to update the firmware and then do it again
for the final upgrade to (1.0.2.13)

Enjoy !

Hi Henry,

Where did you get the new firmware? The Grandstream site still lits the old
firmware (1.0.1.9). If you have privilege access, please share it with me.

Hi guys, I just upgraded the firmware on my Grandstream GXP 2000 to rev
1.0.2.13
If any of you have this phone and were disappointed at the flakie
software and the investation of bugs
you should upgrade immeadiately. This is now a real business phone and
future revisions (like a common phonebook)
may make this a phone that will do the stuff with * that others won't.
