Hi list, There is an even newer firmware out there, that I would recommend over the 1.0.2.x. You can download it from http://grandstream.com/BETATEST/GXP2000/ , and follow Henry's instructions. [EMAIL PROTECTED] comes with an excellent TFTP-server, or you can simply point the firmware download to: http://www.atlasvoice.com/firmware/gxp2000/1.1.0.11 (Sorry, no browsing allowed, but your GXP is smart enough to get the upgrade)
Please note that you can NOT downgrade the firmware to a lower major revision. As with any other beta firmware: USE AT OWN RISK The best source for GXP-fans is: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/GXP-2000 -- Bjorn -----Original Message----- From: Henry Coleman [VoIP-PBX.ca] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, May 04, 2006 4:28 PM To: TAUG - Tech Subject: Re: [on-asterisk] GXP 2000 Try this : http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/GXP-2000#DownloadFirmware Unzip version 1.0.2.6 into C:\tftpboot ( you MUST upgrade to 1.0. 2. 6) before 1.0.2.13 if you are coming from 1.0.1.x . Use a TFTP server to update the firmware and then do it again for the final upgrade to (1.0.2.13) Enjoy ! Henry Shaun Singh wrote: >Hi Henry, > >Where did you get the new firmware?
