Instead of #####ing about one of my current American DID providers - I have a simple question. Can anyone recommend me a company, providing reliable service for US based DIDs with competitive rates of 1 cent per minute across the US - but having good customer service.
I don't care if it takes them 24-48 hours to respond, but I definitely care if an open ticket is not answered and/or resolved in over 2 bloody weeks... and when you try to escalate your ticket to EMERGENCY, they will bill you if they feel the ticket was indeed not an emergency. Instead of #####ing about this company, I want to move on forward and find another company as reliable as Unlimitel. Please share your good experience about an American DID provider if you subscribe to one. Thanks in advance! Cheers!
