3 things you can do:
1) use the additional.conf files and it will place everything in the
right contexts

2) erase all the conf entries and build your own dialplan, then never
use freepbx asit will overwrite it.

3) use the freepbx interface

Id try 1 if I were you.

Isn't the point [EMAIL PROTECTED] to use the GUI, I would say if you start 
editing
configs by hand, you're going to run into all sorts of issues
