Also, in terms of the cable internet offered by 3web (a subsidiary of
CyberSurf), it is just a straight resell of Rogers. 3web just manages
the 1st tier support.

Coincidentally, with the acquisition of Sprint Canada, I believe
Rogers now owns a significant portion of CyberSurf. Nothing quite like
the illusion of competition ;-)

I don't want to get into a huge battle about ISPs but I would not
recommend 3Web - they seem to be having a lot of problems lately with
reliability and their typical tech support wait times right now are
several hours long.
