So, they don't run a VLAN or some such, and provide connectivity to
their own transit/backbone?
I tried to order back in May. I have a modem sitting here.
A "Spectrum Cable" guy arrived... he was surprised that he had to do
outside work (we have star choice, and anyway, a storm ripped the cable
off the house last fall), and it basically never got done. It was 5:15pm.
I've complained several times.
