Yep. Not a pretty thing. :-( Please, tell the list who your Bell rep is so we can call them and get *them* to explain to *our* Bell reps how to get ISDN BRI service. I'd love to use BRI for some of my customers but have never been able to get beyond the "Microlink is only for data" people. -A.
