Hi All,

I'm currently working on deploying a call centre.  I'm facing some
incredible challenges with Allstream in getting a functioning PRI installed.
They have been sending techs for two weeks from both Bell and Allstream
trying to get the thing working - Same old problem of finger pointing back
and forth... If it takes this long just to get one installed, I'm scared to
find out what will happen if a backhoe takes out these services. 

I'm interested in exploring VoIP options for two purposes
a) backup 
b) in case Allstream can't get a functioning PRI to our location (maybe a
better question for the biz list).

Does anyone know of good options for each?  Obviously turn-around time is a
concern for b, while cost effectiveness is a concern for a.
