Anthony,

I think you need to provide a bit more information:
1 - what is the network topography. Are all devices on the same subnet? If not how is the router inbetween configured.
2 - what information do you get on these devices from the CLI?
   - in the CLI try:
      - "sip show peers" to see a list like>
Name/username Host Dyn Nat ACL Port Status
siptrunk/userid 64.34.25.001 5061 Unmonitored
330 (Unspecified) D N 0 UNKNOWN
299/299 206.170.101.15 D N 5066 OK (97 ms)
282 (Unspecified) D N 0 UNKNOWN
281 (Unspecified) D N 0 UNKNOWN
259/259 74.121.122.18 D N 5061 OK (163 ms)
258/258 74.121.122.18 D N 5060 OK (158 ms)
253/253 74.132.205.53 D N 60004 OK (56 ms)
251/251 67.68.84.10 D N 61161 OK (168 ms)

- then to see details on say the one phone, type "sip show peer 251" ( ext) and you'll get something like this:

sip show peer 251
pbx*CLI>

I have just installed Trixbox 2.2.4 and I am having two problems

Problem#1
I added two Polycom 330 and both registered fine however when I try to call
one from the other the call goes directly to voice mail the phones do not
ring. If I disable voice mail then I get a message that says an error has
accord. I can see that Trixbox sees both phones and I configure both with
the endpoint manager. I did a test by unplugging them which trixbox showed
as offline right away and when there is a message the phones will flash the
message indicator light, so they are both communication fine with Trixbox
but not with each other. I can not seem to get the phones to ring when
dialing there extensions

Problem #2
I am having a problem with registering my SIP trunk. I had it working only
once but now it seems that Trixbox is not even looking at the trunks. I put
the registration info in and hit submit then the red bar to confirm and
that's as far as it goes, nothing happens from there. I check in Asterisk
info and there is nothing not even an Active Channel to indicate that it is
trying to connect to my provider, I also check my router and firewall and
there are no outbound request. I reboot the box and it checks for the
Polycoms but does not try to register my trunks. I also did an update of a
file to see if the box was getting outside connection and that it was not
blocked by my firewall and that worked fine. I am at a lose as to why it is
not trying to register my SIP Trunk

Any help would be much needed and appreciated
