Alex,
Keep in mind that callerid is sent between your first and second ring.
So if you answer as soon as you get the first ring, you may not get
callerid info.
When you detect ringing on your FXO port, wait another 6 seconds before
answering (1 ring cycle = 6 seconds) to make sure you do get your
callerid info.
If you still have the same issue, Bell is probably having capacity issue
at the C.O.
