I am currently on the one year free service promo. Works like a charm. Set up was extremely easy and totally painless. I was up and running in less than 15 minutes. I am currently only using the softphone (X-lite)and have absolutely no issues with it.
I have had very few "echo" problems, but that was only on my first couple of weeks. Most of the time people don't know I am on a voip line. I really like the features (voicemail to email, follow me.. etc) I can access my phone features from any computer which is another plus.
