allo.com devices look nice, shame that they are not standing behind their product or i'd consider one. I still haven't found a nice all in one box. The only thing I could really think of would be rolling out your own solution based on a mini-ITX system.
I don't mind having three boxes since they don't take up much space, are small, efficient and silent, and don't consume much power: DSL modem, WRT54G, and NSLU2. The configuration is also rock solid, haven't had any of the boxes down other than for maintenance. If you just have a couple VoIP lines and don't need QOS, I'm sure one WRT54 could handle it. Not to confident that it could handle high bandwidth loads with VoIP and QOS on top, but then again I've never tried it.
